About Us
Since 1986, Leading Edge Screen Printing has been providing top-quality custom items to clients across the country. All of our screen printing is produced in-house, allowing us to closely monitor product quality on every single order while still providing lightning-quick turnaround times.
The owner, Scott Keithley, began Leading Edge in his parents' garage in the mid-1980s and gradually grew the business through hard work and persistence into one of the premier print shops in Northern Virginia. Leading Edge was built from the ground up, learning the trade through trial and error until a formula developed that worked.
We operate on the idea that we're big enough to serve you, but small enough to know you. Our small staff makes us a tight-knit team, individually dedicated to providing the highest-quality products with unmatched customer service.
We've been truly blessed with an outstanding customer base that has allowed us to maintain an unusually high level of client loyalty and longevity. We still work with many people and organizations who were among our very first customers back in the 1980s and early 1990s. We've had the opportunity to become a cornerstone business in the town of Warrenton, building lasting friendships and partnerships with many local schools and community businesses.
What makes our history unique is that while we’ve maintained a strong local focus, we’ve also had access to and demand from the Washington, DC corporate marketplace. This has allowed us to develop large-scale capabilities and expertise while maintaining the personal touch that’s hard to find.

We use a 4-STEP process to ensure fast production time and CLEAR communication from concept to finished product.
- Consultation
Call or email us to set up a meeting with our production department and artists to review your job, discuss deadlines, and receive recommendations for garments and artwork.
- Quote & Order Approval
We’ll send you an order summary and quote. Once you receive it, we wait for your written or expressed approval before moving forward with any artwork or production.
- Artwork & Mockup Approval
We proceed with any artwork services needed for your job and will send a full mockup showing an estimated visual representation of the completed product, including sizing, placement, and colors. Once we receive your written or expressed approval of the mockup, production begins.
- Production & Delivery
Congratulations! Your order is complete and ready for pickup. Orders can be picked up at our shop, delivered locally, or shipped anywhere in the continental U.S.
